This step is where the actual plan is laid out on what is required and how much time is required to achieve success. Our plans are managed through an online project management tool developed within our website and can be accessed at any time through an account created for you as our partners. This plan sets the foundation for our end-to-end activities. Among other many parameters, these plans would set

  • Project Milestones
  • Individual action items with key responsibilities and target timelines
  • Live tracking and monitoring of project deliverables

The crux of the work will be carried out in this step with the guidance of the Project Charter established in Step 2. Our consultants will actively work with your organization’s SMEs to deliver management system documentation (procedures and forms) required to claim compliance to your desired management system (ISO 9001/14001/45001 and more).

Weekly meetings would serve as touchpoints and monthly reporting of project deliverables will be provided. Our team is committed to the integrity of the project plan. A management system can only be effective with the competence of your employees to meet the requirements established by your business and we understand that understanding the intent of these requirements by your key process personnel is crucial for the success of the project. 

Our consultants will understand who needs to be competent to the relevant aspects of the management system and will help you devise a plan to train your employees on how to adhere to the requirements of the newly established management system. Prior to carrying out this step, we will ensure that all the required management system processes have been developed and all your key personnel are trained to the relevant sections of the management system. This paves the way forward to a successful implementation of the process and procedural requirements. 

We will now follow the requirements established in real-time to run your business operations, right from setting policies and objectives up until reviewing the performance and effectiveness of the system through management reviews, our consultants will monitor the A-Z implementation of your system and help you resolve any hurdles along the way.
